Though sometimes difficult to catch onb film, drug deals are common in the Tenderloin. Note the cash in hand. This fellow was observed smoking crack just a few steps from the Tenderloin police station.

A homeless mother teaches her daughter the ways of the streets. If you don't have the means to raise your children properly, meaning in a home, safe from the drugs, hustlers and scumbags, you shouldn't be having children. This poor child should be taken and placed in a good foster home so she has a chance at life instead of ending up like her mother.
